I channeled this message from Star beings I've been in contact with. I think it is the Sirians or the Vegans.

"The human body is like a USB drive. It is the key to experiencing life on Earth. We do not possess your body but prefer to speak with you, telepathically. We do not have answers about your planet because we need to receive that information from those who have lived as a human vessel, on your realm. We send "you" down to Earth as Ambassador to experience Earth life. Your human body collects data and when it is your time to leave your planet, you carry the info from Earth back to us."

They basically told me the best thing in life for us to do is to live our human lives in full and to make note of all experiences.
