My first manifestation

So, for a while now I've been practicing with all sorts of abilities, but mainly healing, telepathy, psychic empathy and shadow energy. Up until now, though, my results have always been psychological or something I was unable to witness, such as a bruise inside my nose, cheek or on my backside. Obviously you can't "see" psychic empathy or telepathy. (Though sometimes I've heard things "outside" my own head that led me in the right direction. Not sure if that counts)

The other night, however, I decided to extract some shadow energy from my body to help calm my nerves and help me get to sleep. However, before that, I decided to try and manifest it. So I focused my energies for maximum efficiency and I visualized it. After about five minutes I got results. It wasn't as I had expected, however.

Instead of forming a psiball, the shadow energy took the form of something resembling giant black slugs. I was fascinated and intimidated, but quickly recognized it as my own negative energy despite it seeming to move around on its own and, hence a part of me, so my intimidation quickly wore off and even became slightly attached, as one would a pet. Satisfied with my accomplishment and relieved of my shadow energy, I quickly nodded off to sleep.
