Hi Daisy,

When I undertake any kind of meditation, I tend to listen to David Gilmour's 'On An Island' album. Why, well, I just find it is quite reflective and deep music whilst also 'quiet' enough for this kind of work.

Btw, daisy, could you tell me some more about gregorian chants? I only have a vague idea as to what it is and sounds like.

No, sorry I haven't heard an 'enigma' album. Lol, the only thing I can compare what you have described to me is the singing on a program called 'Songs Of Praise'. I never watched it but sometimes it would be left on the telly and I'd just hear a lot of people singing in a church.

I'll do that daisy. Also, if I get any samples, I'll let you know what I think of it too.
