But how long should I be vibrating before I get up. This morning when I got the vibrations I only waited about 20 seconds and they were very weak and then I got up physically and I didn't project I just walked out of my bed physically. Maybe should I wait longer for sleep paralysis to kick in and then attempt to get up?
Thanks again.

You physically get up. After the first time it actually happens you will understand what I mean. Don't get frustrated or impatient. Trust it will happen. Be thankful you are reaching the vibration so easily. When the time is right it will happen.

You are just starting to walk this path. The real questions haven't even occurred to you yet.

Yea the vibe was probably to weak. Personally I have never been able to make a weak vibe stronger. Though I've read it can be done. I literally experienced weak vibes for a year before it happened for me, and when it finally did I wasn't even trying to project. Don't let that frustrate you though. Everyone is different.

Even though it took so long for my first intentional experience, it was worth the wait.

Ok I will try getting up when the vibrations are strong. But what if I wait too long and they pass? Do u enter sleep paralysis then? And can you project from sleep paralysis. I need those questions answered. Thankyou.

For me the paralysis usually comes just seconds before the vibe starts. Then I'll ride that vibe for 30 seconds to a minute. I can usually get out then. Wait till you get your first really strong vibe. That alone is amazing.

One time the paralysis stayed and I couldn't roll out. So I switched to a different technique. I just imagined my body was filling up with helium, and I floated right out. The roll off has always been by best technique though. No imagination required for that one.

And I must not have been paralysed because I physically got up.

Do you Astral project every night? How long do they usually last for you? And what do you do in the astral realm?

In fact, thinking about it, I don't normally get SP. That's actually pretty rare for me.
