Can a shaman here help me find my spirit animal?

I took the quiz and got turtle which is not my Primary Animal Spirit Guide.

I found my animal guide through meditation and got it reaffirmed in a dream. One time I wanted to confirm this so I asked to see a certain number of signs for my animal guide during the following week. I kept myself aware and open to receive such signs. During the week, I saw on tv people talking about it, hearing people around me mention it and stumbling across it on the net. Those are just examples of everyday life where you might come across something about an animal guide. You might also see it in a magazine, hear something on the radio too. The point is, I got very obvious signs which made it hard to ignore.

When the week was over, I stopped seeing signs for it which is good enough for me to really know what my animal guide is. Once you know what your animal is, you can get physical items, such as cut out pictures from magazines, figurines, etc and place them on your altar if you have one. This helps strengthen your connection to the spirit animal and also honours them. If you wear jewellery, you can wear it as a pendant, etc. that too helps align yourself with your animal.

This is very interesting to read how things unfold for others as my experiences have been much more subtle.

I've often felt guilty for not collecting enough items to show my respect to my Animal Spirit Guides, but they are held in reverence in my heart & that seems to be enough for now.

You don't need a lot of items. I made a short list of what you can have as an example. One item is good enough as it serves as a physical reminder that you have an animal spirit guide and which one it is. Of course, holding respect, etc in your heart is more important than an actual object.

That quiz gave me the Owl, there cool, hoot hoot! I have had dreams of other animals aswell, in one i was standing in front of a really big barb wire fence and on the other side was a huge black panther, it was growling and snarling at me, i started to walk backwards and as i did the panther smashed down the fence then came towards me aggressively however when it got really close it changed its attitude and become playful and happy and let me pat it.

I disagree!

When you have knowledge of you full set of Animal Spirit Guides, then you will need to remember them in some way because there are many, & each has a meaning.

It's easy to forget which Guides you have & what their meaning is!

I have one main animal guide, for the rest of my life. There are others who come and go. In my above posts, I meant it to be for the main (primary) animal spirit guide even though it can be done for the others who may pop into your life from time to time.

Each Animal Spirit Guide has a meaning, they do not just pop in & out. It is for you to learn why they are communicating with you, & what aspect of your life they represent.
