Energy not flowing between chakras
I think (from what I've dowsed) that I have a problem with the energy not flowing between my heart chakra and the Ananda Khanda chakra (which sits on the right side of the chest, opposite the heart, colour turquoise). The two actual chakras are OK in themselves, but the energy is not flowing between them so I can't feel what's in my heart.
So far, I've tried meditating, visualising, tuning forks, singing bowls. Anyone have any ideas as to how I can get the energy flowing?

Essential oil baths, running, listening to music, sitting in the sun. Not a very inspirational list but I'm running low on inspiration and just about everything else at the moment (so it's probably not a good time to be asking) but I can try some things when I'm feeling a bit better.

If that is what does it for you at the moment, then just know that they are probably the things you should focus on. Like the other day I noticed I missed going swimming, so I plan to do that some more The heart opens through doing things you enjoy, so do what you feel like doing, and let that guide you to open up to more inspiration.
