Please Help!
Several years ago my energy was high and my kundalini opened. I was able to vividly see into the spirit world. I could feel all sorts of whirling movements going on within my body. My energy has since gone downhill and I don't have much energy. I've been working really hard in my business and am a bit ragged now. I don't seem to be able to attract things. I also notice I've been making a lot of mistakes. How do I fix this? I'm not sure what exactly is wrong. Does this mean my chakras are out of whack, especially my root chakra? Does it just sound like stress? How do I fix this?
Some years ago I went to a hypnotist who used some sort of pendulum over my chakras to see if they were healthy. The pendulum began to swing over some of my chakras and others there was no movement. She said she unblocked them, and I did feel better after, but I wasn't sure if this was just my imagination. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Meditate ,have sattvik diet for few days , Love everyone.
Dont think much and let go off things.Meet less people as much as possible.Try don't even see face of any stranger.Just notice the body and keep walking.
Remember tounge,eyes & thoughts drain the energy .
Everything will be fine soon.

Hello,
I suspect that doing a daily chakra exercise would help you. See what you can find that appeals to you on the internet.
It is all about balance. A busy life will bring stress. Balance that with some personal time. The chakras them self work best when they are All open and free glowing.
