Heart Chakra Meditation
I found this amazing Heart Chakra Meditation last night in the Solfeggio 528 hz frequency (the frequency of love). It brought tears to my eyes and made my feet and legs tingle. It's sublime!

Thanks for sharing, I'll give this ago, just been sat there for 5 mins watching the video with it and listening, super calming and a wonderful video, I'd watch it all just for how beautiful it is but it's 2 hours!

I listened to it through headphones last night and that was amazing. I've been doing quite a lot of reading about 528 Hz, I'm sort of rather fascinated with it.
John Lennon's No 9 Dream is in 528 hz - you can hear that it gives you that same feeling in the heart.

Thank you for posting this!
I've been trying to record it all day at work so i can listen to it offline later.
I've played it 3 times already and i cant explain the feeling it gives me!! mind you im working while this is playing in the background. I cant wait to actually meditate with it.
