Stomach out of order.

Guys my stomach is out of order all of sudden and I can't eat and drink in a nice ways. I wants to know from you natural remedies of this problem. have you guys any idea about that?? If yes then share with all of us.

Peppermint tea or oil is said to be soothing to the stomach. As is ginger. Of course make sure to follow up with your doctor to make sure there is no underlying issue causing it, such as ulcer, or stomach bleeding.

As innerlight has said you need to see your doctor if it persists, but an old remedy i have used and i find to be easy on the stomach is Brewis Caws its a welsh recipie ,you boil the kettle for hot water put one slice of bread into a bowl cut up small,add a little butter salt and pepper add water then add cheese let it melt into the water and eat it,its tasty if you like cheese and its good for you,

Peppermint tea, ginger tea, lemon balm tea, are all soothing and helpful for stomach upset.

Eating bananas, apples (well chewed) and well cooked brown rice for a couple of days may help settle your tummy too. That is very light food and will be good sustenance so your energy won't drop. Drink spring water or the herb teas.

Definitely get this checked out if any other symptoms, or if it doesn't go away in a day or two!
