There was more than one Thoth

In reading all I could about Thoth, I kept stumbling upon clues all around the world. There came to be so many incredible synchronicities that I decided to write a book about it, and I do believe the "Thotha" (plural) can be tied back to Atlantis before dispersing out all over the world.

Celtic: Tuatha De Danaan
Norse: Teutons/Thor
Russia/Turkey/Mongolia: Tartar
China: Taotie, Tao Te (Ching)
India: Thirtha
Egypt: Tehuti/Thoth
Greece: Titans
Americas: Tol'Tecs, Teoti

It's not just the myth of powerful, otherworldly beings that brought wisdom, justice, and technology (writing, math, etc.) to the people, there are several important sub-motifs that are consistent across whole populations.

The Divine Pymander (also spelled Poimander) is an excellent book attributed to Thoth. Also, I found that for the Emerald Tablet, there is a version that offers several different people's translations and interpretations; that was extremely helpful in layering together meaning.

Nice one and of course there was more than one Thoth, however for me, Hermes Trismegistus would be in there somewhere and probably Shiva as well. I haven't got around to reading the Emerald Tablets yet, as I am still busy chewing my way through the ancient Sumerian manuscripts.
