I am fortunate in I reside in the more forested parts of East Texas...the weather here is subtropical and very humid...I enjoy the Spring and Autumn seasons while the weather is cool....not too hot or too cold...
I'm able to connect with quite a few like-minded people, but not a lot of people are focused on deep spirituality, which is why I spend quite a bit of time here on SF...

That's good at least, sounds similar to the climate you had when you were here. It's also good that you can find some people, if not in person then through these forums. I hope you've been able to find some good help?

The only differences I recall weather-wise was the amount of rain in the area of WA state I resided in was A LOT compared to what we get here in East Texas, and the temperatures in WA state during the Summer months hovered in the 80s, which in my neck of the woods temps can rise to the low 100s (*dies* @__@)...
I prefer moderate climates where the seasons visibly change, Haha! 
Oh yes, I'm finding the SF forum to be extremely beneficial for me, and I enjoy sharing my insights/perspectives/advice/etc. with others and connecting with others on a spiritual level... |

That would make sense. Here in the Cascades it's more on the warmer spectrum, with the last couple of summers reaching into the low 100s with droughts. It was a bit unusual, hearing so much drought news at the same time Texas was getting its heavy rainfall and flooding. I have heard that said quite a lot from people who move here from the equator, that they miss or had always wanted to live in a region with "all four seasons". I've been spoiled to have it all my life, so it's interesting to hear brought up.
I'm glad to hear you're finding support. It's good that there is a thriving forum where all these people can gather and be supported.
