How can I quote only a one sentence of any previous post and how can I quote more than one post. Please help.

Use the quote code. [quote=Usernamehere] text [/*quote]
To do one sentence you can highlight the sentence and copy it then post it in the quote code.

Don't use the * in the end quote code. You also do not need to specify a username, you can just write [quote]
