I want to know what wording to use when asking my angels for help?

Muddy, I use brief, friendly wording that gets straight to the point when I communicate with the angels. Obviously it needs to be respectful and positive but phase whatever you want to say as you would if you were talking to a close friend .. it's you they want to hear from, though if set passages from books help you get on your way, they won't mind that. You are communicating with them after all. :)

Thank You very much, But is ways of saying things? I was told if you say you want to lose 10 lbs, you will but will gain it back because if you say lose the angels think you want to find it?

If your concerned about that, try phrasing it in a way that doesn't use that word.. "I'd like to remove 10 lbs of unwanted fat from my body" or something along those lines. Yeah, not the most attractive thing to say sorry but I'm tired.

the angel deck i like the best is Doreen Virtues "Messages from your Angels",ive been using it for quite awhile and ive been doing readings and the results are amazing!!!..Good luck with your endeavors!
