Running Eagle-u heard of her?

Hello all you lovely people

I wonder if any of you have heard of Running Eagle?

She was a woman who was the only female war chief of the Blackfoot tribe and the only woman to be given a man's name. Her ambiton was to be a warrior, you can check out some brief info on her on:

I ask you about her because the other day I was meditating I asked my spirit guide his name (he is Native American and of the Sioux tribe) and he kept on saying "running eagle" at first I thought it was his name but then curiosity got the better of me and I googled it and it appears that Running Eagle was actually a woman.
I don't think that Running Eagle can be my spirit guide as I've definitely seen a Native American man everytime I meditate and ask for my spirit guide.

Can anyone suggest why my spirit guide would suggest a name of a female warrior-I ask as I'm still new to interpreting things I see through meditation and I've tried to think of what the meaning of Running Eagle could be but really don't have a clue

And also since I have meditated after this above incident I keep on hearing his voice and he keeps on saying "Running Eagle"

Please help here and please tell me what you think is likely

hello there, perhaps he wants you to find info on her perhaps there are lessons to be learnt from her and her life which you could apply to your own, or maybe he is asking you not to be afraid to be different, just a couple of thoughts daisy x

hmmmmmmmmm...yeah i was sort of thinking about that daisy:)

the way I see it is that it will become clear to me at some point-unless I'm meant to become a warrioress:) lol...

also perhaps he could be indicating something that'll happen soon:)
