Bringing about joyous elation

Lest we forget
We may use thought to discern
Experience to learn
To differentiate pleasure fleeting
From permanence of bliss enlivening
The external ephemeral
From the internal eternal
Thereby voluntarily internalising attention
Being to become bliss without cessation

This invisible energy

In unending continuation
Inexplicably very few
