Heart Chakra and Healing
Hi
I wondered if it is common to experience pain or physical sensations in the chest/heart chakra area when going through healing?
If so is there anything I can do help the process?

Do you feel that the pain is you blocking the love that flows freely from your heart, thus not allowing yourself to feel as good as you could feel?

I don't know if it's common but I have had excrutiating pain in the right side of my chest. There is a chakra that sits opposite the heart that the majority of books and websites don't even mention. It is the called the Ananda Khanda, also known as the heart within the heart, it is also called the abode of bliss. So if you're getting pain on the right side, this is the chakra it will be coming from. I had many sessions of cranio sacral therapy after going through a relationship trauma and the pain on the right would always come up. The therapist didn't know what it was and I didn't until about a year ago when I discovered the existence of the Ananda Khanda through the aura soma system. It's colour is turquoise and it represents the feeling side of the body.

Meditation about the heart chakra can heal, but it takes a long time to open.
I recommend the book by R. Willhelm, The Secret of the Golden Flower. It's free on the net. But there are different terms. Chakra Ajna is there called a Heavenly heart and chakra Anahata = Heart chakra is there called a Fleshly heart. |
