Charlie

As far as Charlie hebdo's caricatures validity is concerned, let's take the etymology of the modern word ENERGUMEN meaning fanatic, enthusiast, possessed.
Origin: from ancient Greek ἐνεργούμενον (energoúmenon - present participle passive voice of energein, to work on) [en:in & ergou:work] & ἐνεργέω (energeō, "to influence") - from Greek energoumenos: having been worked on, from energein: to be in action, from energos: effective.

Worked upon, influenced by action (energy).
I presume this all Charlie stuff (victims of ignorance) is all about a dual, mutual determination towards one and the same thing; fundamentally lacking a necessary essence, indeed.

Farewell to you all now.

All phenomena arise from causes;
Those causes have been taught by the Tathagata (Buddha),
And their cessation too has been proclaimed by the Great Shramana.
