More likely your Angel/s, Guides, Higher Self your 'support team'... If the feeling is strong then when meditating see what comes to mind, something they are trying to tell/help you with guidance...
I get most of my ideas/advice/instructions in the early morning hours as well, when the mind is calm - you have to make sure your mind is calm though, clear any 'mental chatter' any daily worries etc.
