When I first started on my spiritual journey, I met someone online who helped me understand what was happening and how to deal with it. She recommended a book titled Lessons in the Light by George Anderson. It's a book by a medium who wrote about our loved ones who have passed on, what happens to them, how to deal with it, and the messages they have for us still existing on this plane.
I've read many books and have visited tons websites about spiritual and metaphysical subjects. The usual spiritual and metaphysical subjects like, meditation, psychic abilities, auras, crystals, divination, astral projection, remote viewing, and the like. This one book is the one that had the biggest impact on me.
