Hi. I am new to the forum. A little about me. I recently discovered my gift, even though I have kind of known I have had it for a long time. I have always had extremely vivid dreams and remember at least one of them every night. I have always had visitation dreams from people I know that have died. I found that some of my dreams came true but just little unimportant things. I have always been very empathetic and could sense what emotions were in a room and whether something good or bad was around. My mom used to call that spirit of discernment. However, only a few months ago I started doing yoga and meditating, and my dreams started opening up. I began getting messages. I had a dream seeing through someone's eyes in an accident that happened 2 days later and a few months after, one of the people that died in the accident came to me in a dream. I get messages often but a lot of times I am not able to decipher what they mean. I keep a dream journal now and I believe that people that have passed on are contacting me in my dreams. I am trying to tune my gift so that one day I will be able to help others. I am new to all this but really excited that I may be able to use this gift to help people soon. Some people tell me I am extremely gifted. Some people think its all coincidences. I definitely think there is more to it than that. I hope I can find people with some of the same experiences as me.
