Can not go further
So, I reach a point where I feel that I am "awarenss", I call this state the "I am", and that is it, but I can not go further from here ... I tried guided meditation but it doesnt work, I always reach this "I am" state .. but I know this is not the end, because in very deep meditation I go beyond this state .. well, I used to .. now, I'm stuck here .. For me, very deep meditation occurs when I totally lose any connection with my body and the the external world..
Do you have any advices? Thank you for helping me! :)
