Sometimes you arrive at a "yes" though recognizing limitations. Even if I eliminate all doubt I can never do many things out of everything that can be done in this world. Some are farther out of reach than others. But the basics are not all available to everyone. Some things require qualifications. Believing in a "yes" can get you killed.

.... You have stated your own limitations very well in this answer; and through them the Universe will reflect them back to you as your very life. Your view of Life applies to you. "As a man thinks so is he".
As a matter of fact, it is because "as a man thinks so is he" that you can even arrive at a yes, by learning how to overcome the very limitations you think are so firmly established. If what I just said was not true you would not be able to enjoy the advantages that are now so commonplace over previous limitations everyone assumed was so difficult.
We may look at the world, ourselves, and each other, with our eyes but we see it all through our ideas.
Overcoming limitations is about overcoming the ideas that hold them in place, not continuing to hold them in place.
I agree with your idea that some things require qualifications, thusly:
....you have to see them as overcome in your own mind through another idea....not through the same limiting idea. Do you see?
Here is a perfectly applied example: Otherwise you would be responding to me through a letter sent through the Post Office, not through a Post in Spiritual Forums!
Hopes this clarifies the idea that the Universe overcomes your limitations of yourself through your own empowered or limiting ideas AS YOU CHOOSE.
