The house designed for my Daughter.



1st floor: Living room, kitchen, dining room, office, full bath, Library. Front, side and back porches all connected with wrap around walk ways.



2nd floor: Boys room, girls room, Master bedroom with connecting full bath, Walkway to front balcony, extra bedroom, full bath and rear balcony.

The house designed for my son.



1st floor: Indoor pool at the entrance complete with jacuzzi, living room, dining room kitchen, full bath, indoor RC car race track. Front and back porches connected with wrap around walkway.



2nd floor: Wrap around indoor balcony overlooking indoor pool, then starting from the bottom right corner: Girls room, bonus room with rear balcony, office, full bath, master bedroom with connecting full bath, boys room and front balcony.

Inspired by the Hearst Castle online tour.



1st floor: Entry way, Formal Dining room, Kitchen, breakfast nook, full bath, hall, man cave complete with full bar, entertainment center and darts, formal living room. Plus sized porches in the front and back.



2nd floor: Starting left of the stairwell, 2 full bathrooms, 1st bedroom, 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom, office, Master bedroom with connecting full bath.



3rd story: Starting from the left of the stairwell, west balcony, rec room, 4th bedroom, hobby room, full bath, 5th bedroom connecting to east balcony. Staircase on this level leads to roof top.




Birds eye view: Upper left corner: Indoor Pool. Upper right: Out door Jacuzzi and sitting area. Lower left corner: Walkway with blue flowers leads to out a garden sitting area.

Belle and Her Father's house

Going simple, a french style farm house for Belle and her Father as part of the Fairy Tale Themed Land I am creating.



Features 2 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Full Basement, Fenced in yard for Chickens and a Horse Stall

Inspired by the classic tale of Alice in Wonderland I have done a series of houses for some of the most memorable characters. This one is the home of Alice.

2 stories, 1 bed, 2 bath and 1 bonus room.

After the disaster with my "Castle Doom" design, which was so complicated it triggered a glitch that kills the Sims, I did this simplified version with virtually the same floor plan only far fewer elevation changes and a more traditional decor.

Features a Wine Cellar, Piano Room, Dance Hall, Office, Separate living room and Family room, Separate formal and non formal dining rooms, a Guest Suite with private bath, a Master Bed and Bath, 1 bedroom, at least 4 additional rooms to do with as you please a pool and a jacuzzi.

Wow it's been years and I still play the first Sims, with all the expansions lol! I just find it so much less complicated, though it does have so many limitations...

Yeah. Even this version has it's limitations. It drives me crazy only having a straight stair case to work with. I would love some Victorian spirals or cases that broke down into thirds or halves.

You should share some of your stuff on here.
