Sleep paralysis & hugging
Hello guys. Two times in a row now I've feeling as if somebody is hugging me, the feeling is actually pleasant, but either way I get scared, and is when sleep paralysis kicks in.
In other times I feel as if someone is caressing me or intending to start sexual intercourse. It ends up in sleep paralysis.
In all cases is not a bad feeling, is just that I wake up and realize that there's not actually somebody there, get scared, and then, sleep paralysis!
What could this be?  |

I had some similar experiences when I started getting out of body. Eventually, I realized that the "somebody" was my physical body, before I moved away from it. Relax, wish yourself to move a few feet away, and you'll see it. There's no reason to be scared. |
