Does food color of chakras really influence it that much?
Say, I would want to have a bigger energy flow from my Solar Plexus chakra. Besides everything else, if I would eat yellow foods, would that really have an effect or would it be more a product of the mind?

Essentially it would be a product of your mind, yet if your mind needs the colorful reminder, then at least to begin with it might be a good help.

Yellow clothing would help more to activate that chakra. Or wearing a necklace on a long chain with a yellow stone. Citrine is the best choice of stones for that chakra.

Yes... one day I shall acquire a REAL CITRINE (untreated) and not a heated amethyst. one day...
besides... now i see, my mother's intuition.... always told me to wear yellow clothing... i din't like much... am more a white/black colors fan.  |
