It's just a good time to do some work. Most people are asleep, and afterwards you can catch the sunrise :)

The fact that you wake up in the middle of the night and can not fall asleep for a very simple reason. YOU are young and you are quickly gaining energy from the space and therefore your body has already rested and does not want to sleep. That it is believed that a person needs to sleep 8 hours is the most real average a fixed idea. But if you even want to sleep, but you can not, it probably happens because of your restless mind and the fact that you absorb a lot of unnecessary data. Energy.
