True Nature

Through your daily activities, at the times when you are not busy, don't let the mind wonder and think. Thinking about past memories and future is not necessary. Try and just be aware. Be fully absorbed in the moment of Now. You will feel this sense of 'aliveness' within you. With the absence of thought, you feel. You feel your natural state of 'Being'. When you do think of past and future, you are manifesting events to come in your life whether if you are aware of it or not. In other words, your mind is in control of you, and you not in control of 'it'. To break the cycle of thinking, when you are not busy, focus on your breathing in and out of your stomach. It will stop the thoughts and bring you present in the moment. Whenever you feel drifted away from Being, just go back to body awareness through breathing. This technique will always bring you back to your natural state of Being.

"your mind is in control of you", I'm a spiritual being and not my mind, body, or, anything else. I'm in control of myself when in the present.

"just go back to body awareness ", When I am in control of myself, I am aware being in the present, I don't want my attention to be on this human body I operate, unless it needs-demands my attention, because of injury, or, a malfunction... Being, is simply not doing anything and of course the individual is aware, but not directing-placing it's attention on anything in particular. Sometimes I am aware of moving far away from my human body and sometimes I am aware of being connected to that very serene spiritual-collective and simply am aware of my tremendous love for all spiritual beings.

See, I am "aware" and that is all... Aware and Knowing is how we each came off the Main God Body or Supreme Being a few trillion years ago or so. We didn't have a Mind or a physical body, because the physical world was not yet created...

I find breathing helps to control my wondering mind. Mind is not always my buddy.

There are many paths to the river. :)

When your soul inhibits mind, the dialogue stops. Your intuition and knowledge/wisdom sky rockets. Your words will be that of you(soul). You can choose whatever you so choose to feel at any given moment. Absolute freedom.

Yeah, putting attention on the breath makes me feel a little better too.

There are ups and downs in life and emotions come along too, it's not always happiness is it? Sometimes there's all sorts of feelings, and it is wonderful to be deeply feeling and sensitive too.

Be a good, kind loving one, simple things are by far the best.
