3 of Wands rev + 8 of Wands: An interesting combo; I see this as someone sort of attempting to overreach themselves slightly but failing... however this still leads to swift changes in a new direction. Interested to see what someone else thinks of this combo.

10 of Coins Rx (cause), Justice (effect): Some sort of massive, unexpected payout! But works out in the end - either a fair "pay to play" or that money may even be returned.

10 of Swords rev + 2 of Coins rev: This says to me that someone's healing (yay!) but they're still not ready for big challenges yet. (If this were a real-life read, I'd be advising the querent to look after themselves and give themselves time - and to try to put off big challenges until they're stronger, or get assistance)

8 of Coins (cause) 3 of Wands (effect): Working really hard puts you in a position where you're able to extend and expand upon these skills :)

The Hierophant + Queen of Wands: Hierophant here feels like 'learning' to me - not necessarily a school but definitely something about philosophies, ethics, values, and ways of doing things. Using this knowledge, the person represented (previously a student in the Hierophant card) goes on to put this knowledge into practice, and is quite successful :)

Queen of Wands (cause), King of Wands (reversed): Leading off on a really good start! But maybe (I keep thinking of the recent movie, 'The Intern') going so fast that it started getting ahead of the person, leading to a bit of floundering/wanting things but not always knowing how to pull them off.

7 of Cups (cause) + King of Cups (effect): I see the first person really striving - "I want this" comes to mind. But later, I see the same person having a much better understanding of what's important - maybe they still want things, but they don't need ALL the things, and are satisfied and feel complete with what they have :)
