Recommendations for muscle pain
Hi I have a muscle problem that causes a lot of pain in my chest every time I use my arms or when I lie in a certain position. I use peppermint essential oil and it's so effective, in fact I was bed ridden because of this pain up until a few years ago when I started using it. However, I am unable to use it very much because it affects my lungs in a way that makes it very hard to breath. I was wondering if you knew of any other remedy or herb that could help with the pain as it's healing my chest like peppermint oil? They only thing I could think of would be supplements, loose leaf tea, or possibly some sort of salve or tincture. I'm pretty much back to being bed ridden, can't even work in my garden.
