Crystals for Kundalini integration
I'm being urged by my HS to buy some crystals but there's so many I don't know where to begin..
I want something that will help stabilize the whole aura.. something that will help integrate higher energies and ground them. Something that doesn't make Kundalini worse.. at the same time something that will (gently!) help unblock energies around the throat/upwards.
I don't know if anything like this exists.. anyone have any ideas?

That other thread is about activating and awakening kundalini. Scarlett doesnt want to currently use anything activates kundalini more.

Also now I think about it, is there anything that would be good for travel too? I'm going on a 16hr flight next month and I won't be able to use my normal way of integrating the energy on the plane and I'm just worried about it building up a little bit in the air.. are there any crystals that will help out with that in keeping it grounded?

Oh sorry, haha, a bit too hasty, I was barely awake, lol
From all the 800+ crystals my fave shops has, most work on activating kundalini, helping it to rise etc.
Stichtite helps the movement of kundalini along the spine to the heart. (also not what you need, I know)
This is the only one I found that may be what you're looking for:
Bismuth sends kundalini energy down again through the body to the Earth Star chakra. Thus it enhances your connection with universal energies.

Thanks! From researching it this actually looks perfect. I think this'll be my first crystal!
So.. how do I use it? I'm thinking about getting it in some jewellery.. does it have to be placed anywhere specific on the body to work best? |

Don't know if there is any set method. I'd say follow your gut, which is usually the best guide in this.
Maybe when you get one, just sit with it and feel it. Not sure if it's good to wear on the skin. Maybe someone else can help you with that...

I bought one  Should arrive by the end of the month since it's coming from overseas.
So, since I've never used crystals before, when it arrives I'm wondering what I do with it.. cleansing and stuff? |
