I just don't know part of the lyrics is to leave the past in the past, I told him how I felt in June and he has ignored me since then this random message. But it's also about a love you can't forget. I'm not replying to it, he needs to be less cryptic, I was totally honest and he ran..... Gah.....but why mths later send that!!

Weirdly yesterday I got loads of syncs and ended up in a coffee shop with his namesake and it had a wishing wall I tied a message on there saying I wished I could just know how he felt and today I got that message.....

You can look at the lyrics two ways. Leaving the past behind to start something new. Or leaving the past behind and moving on from each other. Only he can tell you what he meant. You're not a mind reader!

Yeah, I'm more open to the idea of reunion as incremental change. People on the forum helped me be less demanding of my twin when early feelers he put out toward me weren't enough in my world view. Yes, you were vulnerable in putting it all out to him before he ran. Maybe it just was a jolt to his system and he was overwhelmed and paralyzed. Maybe something else.

He is clearly trying to communicate something to you. Step up and communicate more. Question your inclination to ignore it. Time to play ball. Enjoy the exchange. How many people on here don't have any door open toward communication. Now you have one!
