RIP Eli Wiesel

I may have been born 30 years after the war, but this man was an inspiration to me. He survived terrible conditions in the war camp, the murder of his relatives, yet went on to believe in the basic goodness of the human heart and peace for mankind. He has left a legacy that will continue to inspire those who truly believe in peace. Now he has passed over to rest in Divine peace.

Yes, a true inspiration.

"We must take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented."

All this talk of religion, but it's how you live your life that is the all-important thing.
If you set out each day to do all the goodness and kindness that you can, and to do no harm to man or beast, then you are walking the highest path.
And when your time is up, if you can leave the earth a better place than you found it, then yours will have been a life well lived.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru
