Friday, we cheated and ate out, Mexican, with homemade green chili.
Yesterday, busy with housework totally forgot dinner. Kind of grazed on spicy hummus, crackers, carrot, tomatoes and mint tea. Strawberries from the garden for dessert.  very yummy!
Tonight, hmm,... we will see! Maybe a couple of thing we can eat for the week. |

I've got half a pork loin roast in the fridge that I need to use up so it will be Honey Pork with Peppers served over rice.

Steak,eggs and potato's at midday yesterday.
Made rice pudding last night.
Another fry up at midday today.
And leftover ride pudding tonight.

Tonight was tofu surprise! Lots of veggies, tomato sauce, a jalapeño for some kick, a little wine in the sauce all over quinoa brown rice. I feel healthier already. Oh, that could be the wine talking, if it hadn’t have all cooked off. |

Linen53 Chicken Paprikash sounds good. I just googled it its a Hungarian dish. It reminds me of the Butter chicken a Indian dish that I had before. I know Indian food is a acquired taste but my first time having their food was at a Indian restaurant. I had Chicken Biryani it"s a rice dish and I love the Naan bread. |
