Is this telepathy?
Ok so a few times my boyfriend has cancelled our three of our dates but i knew he was going to cancel about two or three hours before he actually told me. How did i know this?

The last time he didnt cancel just didnt bother contacting me til like three days later but on the saturday at about 4 o clock i knew that we wouldnt be going out then it came to me he wouldnt even contact me and use an excuse that he left his fone at his work, and that happened exactly.

I think when it comes to relationships or soul connections you can often intuit how close or distant they are from you psychologically (telepathically.. you don't have to be in contact at all for this to happen). At least I've always been able to do this. You could have just been picking up on his internal distance and realised he probably didn't want to go through with it..
It really depends if him standing you up like that was pre-meditated or not. If it was then it's likely telepathic. If it wasn't then it's clairvoyant (aka, seeing the future).
