Hello everyone~! ♥︎ I had an interesting dream during a new moon so I thought I'd share
I'm not the best at explaining so I'm sorry if doesn't make sense
The dream started off with me in my bedroom & it was all pitch black . I kept hearing something mention Hecate & a candle , I dont own any goddess candles or anything so I was unsure as to why that was being brought up . I was so afraid of the darkness , I tried turning on lights but they wouldn't work . I even tried waking up other family members but they wouldn't wake up , I almost went into panic mode but I finally calmed myself down & just pictured my inner light shining through. Eventually when I did this , I saw a candle in the darkness & all the lights turned on & I saw a shadow figure slither away. While I was in the darkness I didn't feel alone , I felt more like I was being "tested" if that makes sense ? The energy also felt very feminine. I've always been afraid of the dark & I promised myself that I would work on my fear & be stronger ! So in a way I do think this dream was in a way showing me to not be afraid ~.
Oh & I have never heard of Hecate before , this was my first time hearing such name before . I ended up googling her after the dream , I've read from different websites that she's associated with the new moon & darkness & lots of other stuff , so I thought that was interesting
I also don't worship any gods or goddesses I just work with nature , but I do love reading about them !!! I just thought it was interesting I had a dream like that around the new moon & hearing her name haha ! ♥︎ Thank you for reading
