Have you cried for no reason? Is it because our soulmate is unhappy?

Like today, I was quite negative and thinking awful things until I hit a low point and thought of something like him going away forever. I somehow dealt with it and even though my gut feeling and intuition kept saying what I am thinking is not true, I got sad.
However, I was back to normal after a while but then suddenly I burst into tears and I wouldnt stop.
I tried to ask myself about why I was crying but I had no answer. I kept crying and for no reason.

I am worried now because I usually dont cry like this. Whenever I do cry, I know the reasons and I do admit I was overthinking and cooking up scenarios in my mind which made me miserable but then the hysterical crying made me worried.

I truly believe both of us have a really strong connection and we act a lot like each other. Has it ever happened to you and does this mean something may be upsetting my soulmate/your soulmate?

I cry a lot lately. I met a close soulmate that changed my world view pretty quickly. I don't know what else to say, but if you are an empath, you could be feeling the general sadness of the world, or a particular person. I think only you will know if the feelings are theirs or not. Trust your intuition for answer to that.
