I pick up on other peoples emotions, and also feel their emotions and it can be pretty exhausting, hence i avoid places with lots of people, but unfortunately i still have to go shopping, but it was the first i have felt energy like that.

I do not work with spirit as i can sense them, but i cant see or hear them, when a spirit is present usually i get a feeling of either a cold shiver, or gentle energy flowing through my body, but the energy i felt at Tesco was extremely strong.
