I think it was in this thread Jan Esmann was quoted.
I would like to repeat to this group that her book, "LOVEBLISS''
is very very good.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Janesix, the key to a more fulfilling life experience is in appreciation. It is in making the best of one's current life experience. It is in accentuating the positive. It is in discovering what brings one joy. It is in joyous service to others (which is not a forsaking of one's own joy, for one's "own" joy is actually joyous energy that is shared with all). Self-appreciation and appreciation for others is really the same. One can only love others to the degree that they love/appreciate the Self.

Best Wishes

Your passions are the direction you should face. What are you passionate about? What gives you Goosebumps? Those Goosebumps are your soul saying, this way.

My spiritual journey has been very harrowing for the last seven years when it started. Maybe I am still stuck in my lower chakras.

Maybe you are confusing bliss with esctacy.

You feel bliss at all times, you just don't recognize it.
You rarely feel esctacy. perhaps never.
