Feeling old and young at age 36

What does this mean? lol Sometimes I feel really young and sometimes I feel like death is on its way to calling my name.

I think it's your mind playing tricks on you, the idea is not to feed these thoughts and they will disappear, but if the sensation persists, then there may be something deeper.. I have felt the very same thing for the last 8 years or so, I feel like a child, I act in a childish way, then I feel like a very old man and I act like an old man - I am only 24.People always are confused with me because they don't know who truly I am.

The fear of death manifests itself from time to time in all people, it's normal.. When the awareness of the imminent death comes into the mind, the mind fears its end and goes into the panic mode, but then somehow it finds that needed peace that let us go on with our lives - In our daily life we act as if we are never going to die.

seems to me the whole 'age thin'g is a shared collective idea you can break free from and feel and experience your life as you like best.

Our true nature does not change or age. Yet it experiences life in a physical body which very definitely changes and ages. Do we identify with that which is ageless or with that which gets older with each passing second?

Death is calling us all, whatever our age. When we are young, death is an enemy to be avoided for as long as possible. When we are old, death becomes a friend, waiting to release us from the bonds of the physical body.

Peace
