How do you know?

I have not been told in a reading or by a spirit guide I am a lightworker. I read a book about something similar, but at the moment I cannot recall the title.

For some reason I have it stuck in my head that "I am a lightworker" is almost like I am stating a fact, but I have no idea how I would know or where I would have been told or confirmed this "fact".

I know I read that book about psychic stuff and it mentioned lightworkers but I cannot remember anything in there that would have make me go "Hey that sounds exactly like me!"

Has this happened to anyone here? How did you find out or realize you are a lightworker?

korryn92 thank you for starting this - I'm at a similar junction in many ways. My experience is slightly different, I've heard this before several times and it doesn't mean very much to me, I don't know what to do with the information and what it means to my life. Or the lives of others. I have been told that I "have a lot of light" and likewise, my response is "oh, so what?"

But then comes the big "so what" - and then there is the so what but there is also the "am I"? which comes with being told I'm part of the angelic, Indigo child - and there is the "am I"? comes the "so what"?

One is what one is and that is ones beauty. Be in balance with so and your light will shine. Whether you are a light worker or not by label does not matter. It is what you do that does. I was once told I was a light worker then kept it in my pocket. Thought about it and disagreed with the label so threw it away. I work to balance the space between light and dark (not exclude any of them), in that my light exist (whether others perceive that light is not up to me)... so to some I am a light worker while to other I might not be.

So what do I do with this?
Be in balance and in turn spread the light just by being here and being myself?
How would I get balanced? Meditation?

Sorry for all the questions I just feel like I need to help but I do not know where to go with everything.

Some sit down and meditate others play a game. Each path is different so find out what makes sense to you. It is easier to be in balance with the world if you are in balance with yourself. What makes you balanced is for you to explore and find out. One could see a failure as a success in finding something that did not make oneself balanced... I believe most of us has reached where we are today through a trial and error scenario, yet for myself I have not always been aware of myself in the equation. So I try to be patient while being aware of the present yet mindful of the future (though not on expence of the present). So I guess the advice is to just live...
