Where are you drawn to?

I am inexplicably drawn to Africa, yet I have never been there, and as far as I know, no links to Africa down the generations. I can see now, after decades of life , that everything I have done/ enjoyed , outside of " normal everyday life" has all actually pointed to Africa. Even from being a little girl, Africa has " figured" . I don't delve into the " history" of Africa, it's as though I don't need to, because I already know! So is there anywhere in the world that you are drawn to?

Wow... That's lovely. I have never seen that film. Thank you. I was taken to the pictures in the 60s to see the film "born free" . That stayed with me , and in fact I joined the born free foundation in the 90s working with the actress that founded it, and starred in the born free film. This was only one of many connections to Africa..

I loved the Born Free film also. And that's great you got to work at the foundation.

It was an amazing experience. To help nurse the animals back to full health from the most cruel conditions. To be able to actually meet Virginia each year, the star of the film... And her son. To see my lovely lion's, tigers, and beautiful Ricky , our leopard, before they were eventually transferred to their natural environment , or as close as.

I was shocked when I first learned just how big Africa is.

The wildlife is pretty spectacular, but of course there are so many sides to such a big place. Did you see the movie "The Constant Gardener"? Good flick, highly recommend.
One of my favorite songs was in that movie.

I have a deep connection to Australia, especially Uluru and the Aboriginals.
I have been there, lived in & worked for the Aboriginal community. The love for that place and the people is forever in my heart.

Another one that pulls, which is related to past lives, is England. And also Scotland.
It got more peaceful after I've been to England a few times, but it's a deep love and pull. Scotland is nr. 1 on my bucket-list.

England is on my bucket list. I would like to play at least one game of pooh sticks in the hundred acre woods before I kick it.

That really must have been a fantastic experience. Also which parts of England and Scotland are you drawn to? Or is it just in general?
