Guardian Angels?

I was a little upset at my life. I wanted to cry so much, but I didn't cry, and decided to sleep early. I had a few drinks, and my head was spinning. I wasn't drunk, just a bit giddy, and sleepy.
I was in a strange state - I couldn't explain. It seems like reality to me, not at all like a dream. But logic tells me it MUST BE A DREAM.
I saw a guy, in my partial dream-like state. I ran towards him, hugged him, and cried. I tried to explain that is going on in my life, but he told me, it's alright and he knew and understood. I basically just hugged him and cried myself to sleep. (I was being miraculously transported to my bed by then.) In my dream, I seemed to know that guy very well. Like family - he knew all my secrets and everything. I trust him. My personality wouldn't allow me to cry in someone's presence, much less cry in their arms. Around 3am plus in the morning, I saw someone helped to cover me with a blanket. And I woke up with my blanket. (I always almost never woke up with my blanket cause I always kicked it off.) my point is that dream is so real it doesn't feel like one.
And I kinda always dream of this guy whenever I'm going through some ordeal. He feels so real I cannot explain. So I thought he might be a guardian angel. However, I always thought my guardian angel is a girl... I always hear a lady's voice when I'm seeking knowledge and enlightenment. So I'm confused. Can we have more than one guardian angel?

The woman might be your spirit guide. The man might be your guardian angel. The fact that you trust them both signifies that they are in your life for good. You must have needed a good cry and he knew it so he helped you release that pent up emotion so that you can move passed it.

I hope your confusion leads you to try talking to them both about who they are and what your connection to them is. That is the best place to get answers.

Putting it simply we get what we need at that time, whether we might need one Guardian Angel/Spirit Guide throughout our whole Life or if we relate better to different ones. Sometimes a 'specialist' is called in for something specific.

I have dreams about the both of them. In my dreams, I know them very well, but in memories, they are usually faceless. I could remember the guy's height is probably about 5ft 9 to 6ft 2, and has black hair. The girl never ages in my dream, she's around 13, and her hair is short, a bit brownish, around 5ft. I remember there was once she told me she's leaving, and I never dreamed of her during those period. But recently I started dreaming of her again. As for the guy, it's just when I'm going through ordeals and stuff. Come to think of it, it's pretty creepy.
I have been getting more spiritual lately, as opposed to using logic, evidence, and reason like how I used to be. So I got plenty of weird dreams. Truth is I keep feeling that something is about to happen soon... I dreamt of going through reincarnation and the memories are becoming more solid, and real. It was surreal in the past. It was that girl who was with me, not the guy. But from my dreams, I knew the guy from a young age too. In fact I kinda think that the girl probably introduced me to the guy.
This stuff is really all too complicated, sometimes I think I want to give up on my spiritual pursuit.
