Feeling dizzy upon returning from astral travel?
Hello! I am new to the forums and this is my first post.
I am also new to astral projection, although I've experienced lucid dreams since I was a little girl.
Last night I had my 3rd AP. When I woke up from it, I stretched and felt very light in my body. I also felt dizzy so I held my hematite stone in my receiving hand (grounding) and got up to drink a glass of water.
Is this a common occurrence? I was a little concerned about my spirit not being completely back in my body, but I felt better after a few minutes.

I have never got dizzy when I returned from ap. Very occasionally when I wake up I get up out of bed quickly I feel dizzy. It only last for a short time. I would not worry about it. You sound like you did the right thing by drinking some water.

Thank you for your reply, astralsuzy. :) The dizziness was not caused by getting up quickly. I woke up dizzy and stayed in bed for a few minutes.

If it happens again then that would be more worrying. It may not happen again. It may be just that one time.

I've definitely felt dizzy and disoriented at times coming back into my body. It can feel hazy and light, especially around my head, just as you described. I've always interpreted it as coming back too suddenly/abruptly. Come to think of it, this can often happen when I'm interrupted by a noise of some sort.
