who lives in the astral plane?

If so who lives in the astral plane i mean is the astral plane real?

It's for real, I've seen one of my daughters dreams (I found out it was her dream afterwards) there among other things.

One of the biggest mistakes a lot of "astral" projectors make is assuming that the realms, dimensions, and worlds they experience in their projections are filled only with the "souls" of deceased Human-beings. In reality it is typically quite the opposite I have found and I spend a lot more projections in dimensions filled with beings who are living impermanent lives and can in some form "die." Whether a death there is similar to a death here I really can't say but I do know in some of the dimensions I am speaking about they can definitely die. Just like beings living lives in this dimension there are many other dimensions that exist on Earth alone that have the exact same thing going on as we speak and you can visit many of them through astral projection. In many of those dimensions the beings who are living lives are not Human and quite possibly never have been. Astral projection does not take you into one dimension, it can and does take you into a multitude of different dimensions and many of them have their own laws governing them similar to how gravity and time govern this dimension. Can you meet up with a deceased relative? Yes it is certainly possible. Does that mean it will definitely happen if you astral project? No unfortunately astral projection doesn't guarantee it will ever happen.

Yes you can truly meet your deseaced loved ones. You could ask a spirit guide to bring you to them. Sometimes you can just think of them and they will appear or sometimes they want to see you and just show up. However they may have reincarnate or just want to be left alone. The astral plane is giant and you can pretty much go anywhere. Just go astral and go exploring.

Lots of different Beings live in the astral plane. Not just humans, and not just 'deceased' humans. Some live there who have never lived a physical existence. Some live there who have lived physical existences in places we have never heard of! etc etc.

And yes you can contact loved ones in the astral worlds. But there has to be a strong bond, and a strong focus, and a heart felt need from both.

Once we cross over it will be different. If we're really attuned to someone and really love them, and they us, we will probably meet them. If not -we might not
