Following the heart

If i have a religion about me it is following my heart.

My heart can take me through thick and thin and im always at home

For me being like an explorer keeps me in my heart. As an explorer i enjoy being among all sorts of different kinds of people and cultures.

There is some kinda light everywhere but it takes the heart to see it i have found.

Contemplating my life as a human on earth in this life

I played life as a business person.
I played life as somebody who gets drunk and high habitually.
I played life as a helper to those whom need help.
As a lover of nature melting with the trees and clouds.
As a hermit in my truck in contemplation.
On the rich side of the tracks.
The poor side.
As a rebel ready to fight for what i believe in.
As a witness watching the different sides of things.
As somebody who doesnt care about life.
As somebody whom treasures life.
Loving myself, hating myself.
Playing in misery and in joy.

The heart can be in everythiing i have found.

I love my Heart....:) and the love it can generate so amazing , Jesus sometimes opens my heart so much if it is closed and confused. My hubby loves collecting swords it is his birthday soon, but I dont like swords that much, so I am drawing him a heart shaped shield with the words Respect, Grace and Love written on it ,Thankyou for sharing your heart running.....

In matters of the heart, I feel being guided by compassion is a powerful practice. One that includes giving and empathizing while expecting nothing in return. There is nothing more loving than being compassionate.

I find accupressure very soothing for my heart there are points on the wrist when all 3 used together can completely relieve anxiety and heart stress, they are Inner

Gate (P6) in the middle of the inner side of the forearm and one half finger widths from the wrist crease. Alone relieves nausea, anxiety, palpitations and wrist pain.

Spirit Gate (H7) On the little fingerside of the forearm at the crease of the wrist. Alone relieves emotional balances, fear, nervousness, anxiety and forgetfulness. And

Great Hill (P7) located on the forearm wrist crease between the two tendons. Relieves tightness in chest ,calms mind....Anyways if you can hold them all together in a

triangle, the tibetan triangle it makes your heart feel rosy and gives it a real love boost as well as makes you feel at peace, Amen

Thanks for the sharing of experiences!.

I feel like adding some context to mine. For me witnessing a lot of diversity makes me feel more compassion for humanity and understanding of the greatness of god for lack of a better word. How mysterious. Plus it makes me feel alive in that god has many expressions and with an open heart i may see them in the light. And it's fun enjoying many of them.
