Hi
I have no Native American background but recently I had a dream where I was told something along the lines of being a bear child or child of bear, so I was wondering what are totems, are they spiritual entities that appear to us as a certain animal or can they take on a human like form.

Hi
Recently I've started to realise that my connection to oceans, the feeling of peace and freedom that I get at a beach might be something on a spiritual level as well, I've enjoyed collecting rocks and shells that wash up on the beach, and I've started wearing a shell around my neck and I just feel this warmth in my heart, positive energy, could this be something on a spiritual level and what does water in spirituality mean

You are experiencing a deep spiritual connection with the Ocean and nature. Water can mean many things such as emotion. In your case, this a more of a deep spiritual connect with nature, rather than a specific element.
