the mind sets boundaries on what is possible and what is not.
it provides the framework in which we experience life.
one idea that you might easily adjust is the thought that meditation is some
kind of a chore. it does not require great effort in order to meditate, since
meditation is a release from stress and strain.
i believe that a "cure" for your ills would be found at the level of your DNA...
maybe a bit deeper than you're wanting to travel at this time.
alleviating the symptoms which cause distress is certainly doable; the degree
of relief is only limited by what mental constructs you have in place.
