The message - Love is the only answer, deep compassionate love.
160,000 documents that people in the Tibet Himalayas had only loving thoughts for 13 straight years and when they died a rainbow was formed, apparently they ascend to higher places after death.
I only found this out the other day and thought it was wildddd!
But yeah seriously.... Love is the key to freedom of mind.

Hi,
Yes deep compassionate love. Which is missing from societies obsession with crime and punishment.
However it is self love which is the key to freedom of the mind. Guilt will enslave the mind as I see these things.
