What is going on with my 3rd chakra?

My body can't process carbs and sugar anymore, I have reactive hypoglycemia. Changed my diet and I feel great! But when I try to have fruit, all the hypos start again. I'm really trying hard to not be a control freak amd just let it flow. Is this why? What else can cause this imbalance?

First, look to medical professionals. Chakras and physical health are intertwined, and consulting with a medical professional can help point you in the right direction and possibly give you solutions that will work quickly. The fact you've already changed your diet is huge, and for that I applaud you. I do wish to point out that fruits still contain a decent amount of sugar, it's just not refined.

I'm a bit confused as to why you're asking about your third chakra, without mentioning it as part of your explanation of your symptoms. Is there a known correlation between the Solar Plexus and Hypoglycemia?

I was standing on the bridge, staring at the water, and you passed and said 'Good morning'."

You are energy deficient in the third chakra which has resulted in your hypoglycemia. The way we cultivate energy/charge in our chakras is by making energy investments in ourself. For the third chakra, practice discipline in different ways. It would definitely help strictly adhering to a diet, not just because of the hypoglycemia. But because of the satisfaction/energy you can derive by setting a goal and following it through. Embracing responsibility and finding ways to practice discipline and Self control are all ways you can improve the chakra and possibly your hypoglycemia. You said you were trying hard not to be a control freak, I would recommend directing it inwards.

To Crystal - Hypoglycemia is related to the Pancreas, which is the endocrine gland that corresponds to the third chakra.

@ ianaalexander, thank you. That makes so much sense. I've always been pretty carefree, until a few years ago where my life began to spiral out in 07-08 and I officially lost everything in 2009. Since then I've been so "controlling" about my job and my finances as I guess it's a fear from what happened to me during that time of life. I understand life is good now, and I have rebuild myself. I guess that's what my friends mean by letting it flow and to not be hard on myself. The hypos started to hit at 2011, which is when I said I have to control aspects in my life better, but then also had a controlling b/f as well. I guess I just went to extreme :)

Maybe I'll stick to my goal of purchasing a house within 2-3 years, but continue to enjoy life and not rush on settling? I notice when I'm enjoying life I feel the best as I did miss out on that aspect for years. And the dietary changes have helped my mood as well.
