What if you knew your death date ?

Hi all. Someone has told me the age I will be when I go home.
He said late eighties, and I will be very fit and healthy right up until the end, I won't need any care, etc, until the last year, two at the most.
He said that me and my husband wont retire together (he's 10 years older then me), he said I will still have a couple of years working left when he leaves.
I'm totally ok with this, I've made my peace with it, I'm actually glad I know.

We all choose our exit points..however I doubt anyone can be precise, sometimes you may need to stay to help others in your soul group. It is dependent on external players and your 'lessons' achieved. Ultimately old age renders a factor, but the older you are means you haven't learnt what you needed to, or you need to be around for others.

Maybe other psychics can see their future, but most I know, cannot and I think it is right.. the gift is to help others, very much like magick and personal gain.. I can do for others but not myself. I do not fear death, it is inevitable- I just want to tie up ends and clear up what I can so I don't have to comeback!

I know I will be leaving this life very soon. I'm not going to lie I'm still scared, I take nothing for granted, but that's just my nature.

I've always had a feeling I wouldn't be here much past the age of 25. However, I think some of that may have to do with the strong desire that I don't want to be here past that.. when I think about living to an old age here I get very upset & feel like giving up. I've done a lot of awful things to people in the past & I'm trying to become a better person.. I would like to leave behind good memories while I still have the chance.

Could I ask, and please forgive my ignorance, If knowing one's death date might be seen as an advantage or disadvantage.

The allotted time in this life is what it is surely, whether we know the exact length or not.

Knowing how much time we have to live may in fact prevent us living life to the full. Living life not knowing whether this day is the last day or not enables us to extract more of the experience of what it is to live as opposed to e.g I have got between now and the 23 June 2037 to live.

The "Oh I am 37 now which gives me on average another 40 years or so " attitude does not account for the unexpected ,

I suppose ultimately , the message I am all too weakly attempting to convey is live your life now, this moment, wring every last drop out of it in your mind and heart . Your body if age and frailty permits. Dive in. Life is for the living of. In my opinion.

If you have lived your life to the fullest in your estimation. 2 hours, 2seconds, 2 Decades A fortnight or 2 years will not make any difference to you,

Knowing your date of leaving might actually place a restriction that you could do without on you.

how did you find out? your post makes me sad.

I've been told that I'll have a looong life
by a few people who had a look at my hands lifeline.
But I don't really take that seriously.
One thing for sure, I don't want to live very very long as a hag, senile, no teeth, with barely any hair left, and falling apart.

I wish i did know my date , i have no fear of dying in fact if it were tomorro id be happy i think the physical world is hell and i for one cant wait for some peace in next life ;0)

I honestly wouldn't mind. I'd then know if I can wait a while to do certain things which have to be done before I go (like paperwork which I have been leaving ) or whether I had to get it done PDQ!
